When we walked into the hotel to find out some information, we were greeted with such a wonderful welcome! We were able to check-in earlier than expected and were given an upgraded balcony room. We came to Asheville for a concert. This was our first visit. Your hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was extremely nice and comfortable! All staff were friendly and kind! We will highly recommend your hotel and if ever in Asheville again we will absolutely stay here! Thank you!

This facility is in the heart of Asheville, and you can walk to many restaurants and shops. The room has a modern design style. It was exceptionally clean, tv included channels that were offered, hallways were very quiet, and there is a hydration station to fill water bottles or cups.

Rooms are nice, great sheets. Rain shower directions are bass backward, but simple enough to sort out. Breakfast is worth it, but the espresso machine was out.

It was in the perfect location and everything was walkable. Also, the rooftop bar had beautiful views with very friendly staff. The front desk was also very friendly and was willing to answer any questions we had about the area!

The AC Hotel was beautifully designed, clean & very comfortable. We opted for a balcony room & the view from our room was amazing! We also had breakfast every morning at the rooftop restaurant & the buffet was stocked with everything from fresh fruit & baked pastries to made to order eggs, frittatas & meats. Breakfast was available until 11am which was great since we stayed out late every night.

The location was perfect for being immersed in downtown Asheville. The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The rooftop restaurant and bar has a great view of the sunset over the mountains. I really could not have been happier with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast, friendly service. The roof top Capella is fun and quite busy on the weekends. Perfect location to many restaurants in walking distance. Try the Cafe Europe with authentic Vienna cakes and coffee next door.

Rooftop bar is great when it isn't too cold and breezy. The hotel is very modern and quiet and in a great location in Asheville.
